1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are any major delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times depend on your location:

    • Baghdad: 1–3 business days

    • Other cities in Iraq: 3–7 business days

  • Delays may occur during holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Iraq through trusted courier partners.
For remote or restricted areas, additional delivery time may be required.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages after successful delivery confirmation from the courier, but we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

6. International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship orders within Iraq.
